Butt implants surgery

Butt implants surgery

Like with breast implants, butt implants surgery involves the placement of artificial implants under the muscle to enhance the size and shape of the butt. Butt implants surgery differs from the Brazilian butt lift, which uses a person’s own fat (liposuctioned from other areas of the body) to naturally augment the backside. If no fat tissue is available for sculpting, butt implants are used for butt augmentation. Such implants have the advantage of adding permanent volume to the buttocks, but have higher risks for infection, seromas and malpositioning.

Butt implants surgery can give you fuller and rounder butts that are in line with your gender identity. Masculine backsides often lack projection and carry more fat in the flank areas which ultimately blunts the shape of the lower back curve. In general, men are known for their semi-flat buttocks. In contrast, female backsides often possess a noticeable roundness, fullness and projection. They also exhibit an s-curve silhouette that encompasses the gentle curve just above the buttocks combined with the outward curve of the upper buttocks.

Butt implants surgery have become a popular plastic surgery procedure among those who wish to enhance the appearance, shape, and size of their rear ends. Kim Kardashian, J. Lo and Beyonce put butt implants on the pop culture radar by strutting their curvaceous, rounded behinds on stage and screen.

  • The butt implants are placed between the muscle in the pocket. The muscle will form scar tissue that should help keep them in place. Once placed, the surgeon confirms that each cheek is symmetrical and looks natural.

Recovery after butt implants surgery

Butt implants surgery has a tedious after course and requires commitment from the patient. Because of the intra-muscular placement in the strongest muscle of your body, you will experience discomfort for at least 4-6 weeks.

FAQ butt implants surgery

Can I combine butt and hip augmentation by implants?

The combination is possible, but uncomfortable, as sleeping is after the surgery only permitted on the belly, and sitting is difficult. After hip augmentation, sleeping is permitted on the belly and the back. After gluteal augmentation sleeping is permitted on the sides and the belly. This leaves only the belly for the combination of surgeries…
